Accha Khanpaan Rakkhein

Doston hamne apne bohot se articles mein zikr kiya hai ki accha khaanpaan kitna zaroori hai. Acche khaan paan se na keval aap motape ko kam kar sakte hain, balki balki fit bhi reh sakte hain.

Jab aapki body mein accha khana jata hai toh aapki body bhi acchi condition mein rehti hai.

Acche Khaanpaan mein aap woh cheezein kha sakte hain jinmein protein aur carb ki maatra zyada ho. Protein hamare shareer ki muscles ko develop karne mein madad karta hai aur Carb hamaare shareer ko chalane ke liye zaroori hai.

Agar aapka kaam bohot bhaag daud ka hai toh aap zyada carb wali cheezein khayen.

Protein wale khaane: Daal, Soyabean, Chicken, Egg, Milk, Paneer etc.
Card wale khaane: Daliya, Oats, Corn flakes, Black Coffee, Shkarkand, Apple, Banana etc.

Note: Roz kam se kam 3ltr paani zaroor piyen. Subha uthkar paani ka pehla glass khaali piyein, isse aapke pet ka system accha rahega.

Junk Food Se Bachein

Aajkal log zamane ke trend ke saath chalne ki koshsish mein Burger Pizza ityadi par hi guzara karte hain, magar yeh junk food aapka pet bharne ke alawa aapke shareer ko kuch bhi fayeda nahi pohochate hain.

Balki mai toh kahunga ki yeh bohot hi nukaan pohochne wale junk food hain. Kyoki, ek toh yeh deep fried hote hain, aur doosra inmein cheez, butter, oil aur tamaan woh cheezein hoti hain jinse apki body mein fat chadta hai.

Agar aap baher khana khate hain toh koshish karein ki deep fried cheezein, jaise french fries, fried rice, potato etc ko avoid karein. Aur woh cheezein bhi jinmein cheez, butter zyafa ho.

Mai jab bhi bahar hota hoon toh mai Kele khane ki koshish karta hoon, 2-3 kele mein hi accha khasa pet bhar jayega aur kele khane ke apne fayede bhi hain.

Regular Exercise karein.

Yeh hamara ek aur bohot hi common point hai jo hamne takreeban har article mein discuss kiya hai. Exercise yaani ke vyayayaam aapke shareer ko chust aur furt banane mein madad karta hai.

Jaise gaadi ko aap nahi chalayenge toh woh pade pade kharaab ho jayegi, usi tarah apni body ko bih agar nahi chalayenge toh pade pade khataab ho jayega. Aur aap petrol, yaani ki apna khana lete rahege jo aapko mota aur kamzor banata rahega.
