Constipation Ko Kaise Dur Kare

Constipation ek aisa health issue hai jisse hum sab kabhi na kabhi guzar chuke hain. Aur aksar log constipation ke bare mein baat karne mein hichkichahat mehsoos karte hain. Agar aap sach mein constipation se bohot zyada pareshan hain to aapko isske liye sahi medication lena chahiye nahi to yeh aapke liye bohot badi problem bhi ban sakti hai.

Lemon ka citric acid digestive system ko sahi karne mein madad karta hai aur toxic ya zahrile substance ko aapki body se nikalne mein bhi madadgar hai. Fresh lemon juice ko ek glass pani mein dalein aur subh ke waqt ein.

Aap lemon juice ko apni subh ki black tea mein bhi le sakte hain isse ek badhiya swad milega aur aap zyada pani bhi pi payenge jisse constipation problem kam hojayega. Subh ke samay lemon juice lene se body fat bhi kam hota hai.
