Agar upar diye gaye sujhaav se aapko kuch khaas fark na pade, toh der na karein aur turant kisi therapisr se mili, yeh problem gambeer bhi ho sakti hain, kuch cases mein long aatmhatya (suicide) bhi karne ki sochte hai jo ki bilkul galat hain, kyoki yeh is samasya ka samaadhaan nahi hai.
