1. Bhaari Samaan Na Uthayein

Pregnancy ke pehle trimester, yaani, pehle  mein 2 months pregnancy ke bohot nazuk hote hain, ismein Doctors kuch bhari samaan uthane ko mana karte hain, ya koi jhatka lagne ko bana karte hain,

Koshish karein zyada se zyada rest karne ki, jo kaam baith kar kiye jayein woh karein, zyada der khade rehna bhi avoid karein.

2. Bahar Ka Khana Pani Avoid Karein

Pregnancy mein aksar kuch alag alag khane ki cravings (chaah) hoti rehti hai. Aur bahar jakar kha lena bohot hi aasaan vikalp nazar aata hai.

Magar ise bilkul avoid karein, kyoki Pregnancy ki halat mein agar beemar hue, ya pet kharaab ho gaya toh bohot hi takleef ka saamna karna padta hai.

Khayengi aap aur bhugatna aap dono (aapko aur bacche ko) padega. Isliye bhahar khana zyada se zyada avoid karein. Koshish karein ki ghar par bhi bana kar kha liya karein.

3. Balanced Diet Khayein

Ghar par khane ka matlab yeh nahi hai ki aap kuch bhi ulta seedha khayein, zyada khana bih complications paida kar deta hai chahe woh kitna hi saaf safai se bana kyon na ho.

Koshish karein  250 gram se 1/2 kg Dahi roz khayein, Isse aapko acchi maatra mein calcium milega. Ande ya Chicken khayein aur Doodh Piye.

Agar yeh sab nahi kha sakte hain, fruits, nariyal paani yeh sab le sakte hain,. Chawal zyada na khayein kyoki pregnancy ke samay aapki activity kam hogi aur aur chawal se aapka wazan bohot jaldi badh jata hai jo ki nahi hota chahiye.

4. Intercourse Naa Karein

Iske alawa aap kuch aur activity ke dwara saath kar sakte hain, bas itna dhyaan rahe ki aapke pet par koi zor na pade. Aap adhik jaankari ke liye yeh article padh sakte hain.

5. Roz Thoda Walk Kiya Karein

Doctors zyada chalne ko mana karte hain, magar aap agar bilkul hi baith jayengi toh aapka wazan badhne lagega, hamare shareer ko thoda vyayayaam ki zaroorat hoti hai, isliye samaye nikaal ka thoda thoda walk kiya karein.

Raat ke khane ke baad 5 se 10 minute ki walking bhi kaafi hai.

Pregnancy mein sabse badi problem aati hain stretch marks ki. Aapka Pet apni capaciy se 2 se 3 guna badha jata hai, jiske karan skin stretch ho jati hai aur bohot gande nishaan padh jaate hain

Aap in strech marks ko avoid kar sakte hain, jab jab aapko pet par khujli ho, apne naakhoon uspar na lagayein. Nariyal ka tel lagane se khujli thodi control ho jati hai.

Aur market mein bhi stretch marks ke liye cream aati hain, jise lagane se stretch marks control kiye ja sakte hain.

6. Har Maheene ya 2 Maheene par Doctor ko Consult Karein

Ant mein, yahi kahungi ki har 2 month par doctor se zaroor consult kar liya karein, jisse aapki pregnancy ki progress aapko pata chalti rahe.

Aaj medical technology ne bohot tarakki kar li hai, bohot si complications agar samay par pata chal jayein toh pregnancy aasaan banayi ja sakti hai. Isliye iska fayeda zaroor uthayein aur Doctor se consult zaroor kiya karein.
