Aalas ko kaise dur kare

Aur usi ke anusar har saal aur har maheene aapko apne long term Goals ko pura karne kel liye kya karna hoga, unki lisy banayein. Is list ko hamesha apne pass rakkhein.

Aajkal Mobile ka zamana hai toh aap apne mobile mein bhi yeh likh kar rakh sakte hain. Jisse aap apni goals ki list ko hamesha dekhein.

Jab jab aap apne goals ko yaad karenge, tab tab aapko anushashit rehne ki prerna milegi.

Har din ke important kaamo ki list banayein

Yeh bohot hi effective technique hai, long aur short term goals ke alwav, aapko har din kya kya important kaam karna hai, subh ya usse pehle wali raat mein ek list bana lein. Is list mein 4 ya 5 se zyada kaam na dalein.

Aur koshish karein ki din ki aakhir tak un kaamon ko poora karein. Jab aap list bana kar aisa karte hain toh koi kaam bhoolna ki sambhaavna kam ho jaati hai aur aapko un kaamo ko karne ki prerna bhi milti hain.

Sochna kam karein, Kaam zyada karein.

Aalas ka ek kaaran hai ki hum sochte zyada hain, jab hum kuch sochte hain toh sochna accha lagta hai, khaaskar, jab hum apne goals ke baare mein sochte hain toh zyada accha lagta hai, magar sochne se toh ek patta bhi nahi hilta hain, uske liye aapko hilna hota, isliye sochna chor kar kaam karne par dhyaan dein.

Upar hamne bataya ki lis kaise hame apna kaam poora karne mein madad karti hain, list ke kaam ko dekhein aur jald se jald us kaam mein lag jayein, dimaagh ko zyada sochne ke mauka na dein.

Chahe toh kaam maansik ho ya shaareerik, dono mein hame positively bas yahi sochna hai ki hum yeh kaam poora karenge toh 5 minute ka break lekar baki kuch soch lenge. Magar pehle kaam khatam kar lein.

Exercise ko apne jeevan ka hissa banayein

Yeh point ko humne takreeban sabhi articles mein add kiya hai, kyoki jaise humne apne pet ko bhasne ke liye har roz khana khana zaroori hai, waise hi hame apne shareer ko swasth rakhne ke liye har roz exercise karna zaroori hai.
